The week’s blog is on the updates that people have made to their bathrooms. Many of these bathrooms were 20 years or more older…way out of style. As I said before, you never know when you may have to sell your home and having it in good shape and up-to-date aids in its sale. Of course, pricing the home correctly is first and foremost. Let’s look at what our neighbors have done to update their bathrooms utilizing local contractors. You might get some ideas. In the future, I will spotlight the kitchen—a key space when selling your home. If you have an update you have done to your kitchen and are willing to share …let me know!
This week I showcase: Burns (Wade Hampton) master bath, Stewart (Bermuda Dunes)master and guest baths, Kubiak (Plantation Pines) master shower, Weaver (Bent Tree) master bathroom, Engelberg (Pine Valley Loop) master bath, Daly (Pebble Beach)Guest bath, Barnes (Pine Valley Loop) master shower, an Palonder (Pine Valley Loop) master shower areas.
