The week’s blog is on the updates that people have made to their kitchens. What is “IN” in Kitchen design seems to change a lot—from appliance colors to countertops and cabinets. Best advice, if you are changing to enhance the selling points of your home, it is best to stay neutral and not go “wild” with colors or style. As I said before, you never know when you may have to sell your home and having it in good shape and up-to-date aids in its sale. Of course, pricing the home correctly is first and foremost.
