Many people’s concerns when choosing a place to live, are the medical facilities that are available in the area. There are three emergency rooms, all with 25 minutes of the Black Diamond Ranch gate and/or the Ridge area of Citrus County and several “walk-in” clinics. Inverness is home to Citrus Memorial Hospital and Crystal River is home to Bayfront Heath 7 Rivers. I am not going to discuss or evaluate the doctors and medical facilities that are in the area. I am only going to point out those facilities that are available so that potential residents can know that they do exist!
